Ignite Wellness Foundation is a Delhi based NGO working for poor children (girls or boys) and women living in Delhi\/NCR since 2012.
Our aim is to provide them with the life of dignity, independent and fearless who are residing in Delhi\/NCR
slums. At foundation, we provide them aerobics skills so that they are able to earn for themselves and can
support their families. Our overall goal is to trained children and women from marginalised communities
leading to improvement in their lives and livelihoods.
We collaborate with various NGOs and orphanages and select those candidates (women and children) who are
interested in learning the skills of earning through dance or fitness activities so they can be fit as well as
financially stable.
Ignite Wellness Foundation starting an Aerobics Instructor Training Program for children above 18 years and
women (max. 35 years) of marginalised community from November 2021. The idea of the program is to make
these underprivileged children and women stand on their feet by getting trained on aerobics and dance fitness
and make good living and to lead a healthy life.
The program would be of one month starting from November in which the focus area would be floor and step
aerobics and dance fitness. We would be teaching them choreography, knowledge of beats and different layers
of coaching. After a successful training they will be given a certificate from Ignite Wellness Foundation for a
year with annual assignments which going to help them survive in the fitness industry and timely updation of
the music as well as certificate.
The training will be given in the studio with a target of 1000 children and women. A complete monitoring will
be provided till the candidate stands on one\u2019s own feet or become independent. We have tie-ups in various
gyms and aerobics studio across India in which they can be easily placed and can start earning pretty decent
amount or else they can take group or one-on-one sessions online or offline according to their time. We will be
providing them with resources after the training which will be updated in our website.
The aim of the training is to reach 1000 women and children who excessively affected by discrimination and
suffer abuse at home or outside and provides them with skills to make their livelihood.
